Job summary

CFS in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to accurately enter orders and coordinate with production and sales teams.

You will maintain customer records, respond to inquiries, and help ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Onsite schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Order entry experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system, primarily from emailed orders, while managing assigned customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers, production, and sales teams regarding order status, shipping timelines, and tracking information.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day order fulfillment.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
