Job summary

Force America in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide robust support to our company divisions. The role involves handling inquiries, quotes, order updates, and payments while coordinating with Sales and Distribution teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience; customer contact preferred.
• Basic analytical ability to understand pricing and cost.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, over the phone.
• Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing, availability, and updates on order status to assigned customer base.
• Respond to overflow customer inquiries regarding product lines, orders, escalation, and part availability.
• Enter component and sub-assemblies for sales and quotes.
• Administrative tasks including email, fax, and return authorizations.
• Maintain a minimum profit margin.
• Complete component pricing and availability inquiries.
• Assist inside and outside sales with research and pricing on small projects.
• Coordinate with Outside sales for customer service needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
