Job summary

Serra Chevrolet Cadillac of Clarksville is seeking a SUPERSTAR Customer Service Associate to join our team, handling customer calls, internet and live chat inquiries, providing product information and directing customers to dealership resources, while delivering prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• The desire to be the best.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with customers.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
