Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC in Nashville is seeking EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS to join a team that consistently sets service and parts sales records. This is your opportunity to advance, with opportunities for long-time employees to retire from our store.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in automotive service preferred.
• GM Certification is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
