Job summary

InnoSource, a nationally recognized insurance company, invites you to join our award-winning team as a Customer Service Specialist. This entry-level role offers unlimited growth, paid training, and a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00 am–8:00 pm shifts, with the option to work remotely from home across the U.S.

You will build relationships, handle complex inquiries, and guide customers in making informed financial decisions. No prior licensing required; 1–2 years in customer service preferred.

• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your day will include:

• Building Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service while building meaningful relationships with customers across the U.S. No sales involved!
• Solving Complex Inquiries: Assist customers with a variety of complex questions, from financial matters to general insurance queries.
• Guiding Decision-Making: Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or more Highly Preferred
• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service
• No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required.
