Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers in Roanoke, VA. You will manage orders, handle requests, and provide timely, courteous support. A primary focus is ensuring top-tier customer experiences while promoting Graybar solutions.

The role emphasizes professional communication, product knowledge, and coordination of pricing, billing, and order status, with a stable full-time schedule Monday–Friday and the chance to grow within a worker-owned culture.

• Retail or counter sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Enter orders and process pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
• Promote Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide product selection and application support to customers.
• Coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.

Make a difference.As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction.
