Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and support to ensure total satisfaction.

You will manage calls, correspondence, and follow-ups while actively promoting Graybar goods and services and assisting with product selection. A strong, friendly communicator with retail experience is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch and handled with professionalism.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence with timely follow-up on issues.
• Support selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Assist with product selection and application guidance for customers.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
