Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Charlotte, MI is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our customer-focused service. This role supports branch operations and customer relationships, working Monday–Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in the office.

You will assist with daily customer interactions, payments, loan processing support, and administrative duties, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience, with clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Experience supporting banking or mortgage processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service daily.
• Answer incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, and assist mortgage loan processing/admin tasks.
• Support loan closings, data entry, loan servicing, and branch operations.

Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.

What Experience can you Bring?

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 + years customer service or office experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
