• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Business Admin, Finance, Economics or Agriculture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial and mortgage loan requests with in-depth credit review.
• Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information, and related docs.
• Prepare cash flow projections, ratio analysis, and loan narratives.
• Gather and validate customer financial information for complete analysis.
• Monitor loan covenants and portfolio exceptions.
• Support loan servicing, annual reviews, and government-guaranteed loan reporting.
• Participate in internal credit reviews and document findings.
• Make credit decisions within delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial and mortgage loan requests that require in-depth credit review.
• Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information, and related documentation.
• Prepare cash flow projections, ratio analysis, financial trends, and loan narratives.
• Gather and validate customer financial information to ensure complete and accurate analysis.
• Monitor loan covenants, borrowing base reports, and portfolio exceptions.
• Support loan servicing, annual reviews, and government-guaranteed loan reporting.
• Participate in internal credit reviews and collaborate with credit leadership to identify and document findings.
• Make credit decisions within delegated authority.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, financial services, or agricultural lending preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
