Job summary

SWC Group in Carrollton, TX is seeking an entry level Call Center Agent to join our in-office team. If you have face-to-face customer experience or call center exposure, you are encouraged to apply. We provide training and coaching to help you succeed.

This role handles inbound calls, processes payments, assists with Toll Tag accounts, and strives to meet production goals while delivering quality service. A High School diploma, US work authorization, and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and a negative drug test required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for the client.
• Assist customers by taking payments and resolving issues, and manage Toll Tag accounts.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high quality of service.
• Notate actions and results accurately for each account.
• Handle PCI data confidentially and securely.
• Respond to escalated calls from customers and deputies.

Location: Carrollton, Texas

Summary

Come join our team and help provide a great tolling experience for our client. If you have face to face customer experience or call center experience, you are encouraged to apply. This is an entry level position where we provide the necessary training and additional coaching to be successful in this position.

Compensation

• $15/hr starting base pay; additional +$1/hr bilingual shift differential (upon completion of Spanish test)
• Potential monthly bonus based on performance
• Daily/weekly/ monthly incentives/prizes such as gift cards and giveaways

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and handle only Inbound calls for our client .
• Assist customers by taking payments for outstanding invoices and help with any issues or questions they may have and help manage their Toll Tag accounts.
• Achieves production goals and standards for servicing accounts without sacrificing quality of service.
• Accurately and thoroughly notates each account with efforts performed and results attained.
• Handles PCI Data confidentially and securely.
• Handles escalated calls for customers pulled over and deputies.
• Handles assigned tasks.
• Handles preview calls.

Schedule

• Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 40-hrs/week
• 8-hr shifts with availability between 8am-6pm
• 2 weeks of Paid Training: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
• Required to work all Saturdays from 9am-5:30pm
• Schedules are assigned based on client and company needs

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Client requirements for this campaign require a clean background check and a negative drug test result
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a production driven environment
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including electronic keyboard, mouse and telephone. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required
• Must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems
