SWC Group in Carrollton, Texas is seeking an entry-level Inbound Call Center Associate. This role focuses on handling payments, managing Toll Tag accounts, and delivering excellent customer service with a strong emphasis on data security.

Base pay starts at $15/hour with a possible $1/hour bilingual differential after Spanish testing, plus performance-based incentives. Training is provided, and work requires regular shifts, including Saturdays, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for our client and assist customers with payments on outstanding invoices and Toll Tag accounts.
• Notate each account with actions taken and results.
• Respond to questions while handling PCI data securely and confidentially.
• Escalate calls as needed and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Schedule includes 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts and weekend availability.
• Complete two weeks of paid training prior to full duties.

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITIONLocation: Carrollton, TexasSummary:Come join our team and help provide a great tolling experience for our client. If you have face to face customer experience or call center experience, you are encouraged to apply. This is an entry level position where we provide the necessary training and additional coaching to be successful in this position.Compensation:$15/hr starting base pay; additional +$1/hr bilingual shift differential (upon completion of Spanish test)Potential monthly bonus based on performanceDaily/weekly/ monthly incentives/prizes such as gift cards and giveawaysEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Receive and handle only Inbound calls for our client .Assist customers by taking payments for outstanding invoices and help with any issues or questions they may have and help manage their Toll Tag accounts.Achieves production goals and standards for servicing accounts without sacrificing quality of service.Accurately and thoroughly notates each account with efforts performed and results attained.Handles PCI Data confidentially and securely.Handles escalated calls for customers pulled over and deputies.Handles assigned tasks.Handles preview calls.Schedule:Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 40-hrs/week8-hr shifts with availability between 8am-6pm2 weeks of Paid Training: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pmRequired to work all Saturdays from 9am-5:30pmSchedules are assigned based on client and company needsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderAuthorized to work in the United StatesClient requirements for this campaign require a clean background check and a negative drug test resultEffective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task in a production driven environmentThis role routinely uses standard office equipment, including electronic keyboard, mouse and telephone.
