We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the professional face and voice of our company. As a Customer Service Rep, you own the customer journey. From the moment an order arrives until it lands on the customer's doorstep, you are the coordinator making it happen. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Production, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure precision, transparency, and on-time delivery.
The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $57,000 and represents the base pay for this position; actual compensation will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and specific work location.
