Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable, Inc. is seeking a Cabling Machine Operator to join our Hayesville manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and cabling primary conductors, verifying dimensions with calipers, and maintaining production records to ensure top-quality reels.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and reliability, with first and third shifts available and a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being.

Job Summary

Are you a detail-oriented "maker" who enjoys working with high-tech machinery? We are looking for a Cabling Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, youaren’tjust running a machine; you are the craftsman responsible for the structural integrity of the cables that power our world. Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assemble: Twist and cable primary conductors together using specialized industrial equipment.

  • Verify: Act as your own "Quality Inspector" by measuring diameters and gauges with calipers.

  • Document: Keep perfect records of your work to ensure every reel meets ourhigh standards.

  • Lead: Maintain your workspace and ensure products are wrapped and ready for the next stage of production.

  • Safety: Follow proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and the use of PPE.


Required Qualifications


  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and job travelers.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.


Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $22 per hour
