You will work closely with the sales team, quote clients, and liaise with our Denmark factory, handling special orders, product specs, lead times, and logistics to keep shipments and invoicing on schedule. Occasional NYC training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury furniture.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Strong attention to detail when processing product information, pricing and docs.
• Experience with order entry systems; Microsoft Axapta is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking a customer-oriented representative to service our customer accounts. Accuracy and efficiency are key, and the ability to work with a small team, pitching in when needed to best service customers. If you are patient and empathetic to customer needs, passionate about design and/or furniture, with a keen attention to detail, you will thrive in this role. This is a full-time role and you will be based in our distribution center in Burlington NJ.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Three to five years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in the luxury furniture industry.
• Action oriented self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Highly organized with passion to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail processing product information, pricing and supporting documentation.
• Experienced working with order entry systems. Microsoft Axapta a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong desire for continual learning and self-improvement.
• Flexible and adaptable, not averse to changing priorities.
