TechniPower, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a on-site role in Beverly, MA.

This contract-to-hire opportunity focuses on maintaining strong client relationships and handling inquiries, orders, and support for a manufacturing client, including military/commercial accounts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or defense/aerospace, and familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal).
• On-site role in Beverly, MA with long-term, contract-to-hire potential.
• Able to manage inquiries, orders and support requests as primary contact for clients.
• Familiar with RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes; coordinate with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients in the Beverly area.
• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients; manage inquiries, orders, and support requests.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
• Handle RFQs, RFPs and contract reviews as part of the sales process.

In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $55,000-$60,000/Yr.

• High school diploma; Associates or Bachelors preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in manufacturing (Defense/aerospace ideal)
• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial or military clients - able to manage inquires, orders and support requests
• Able to handle RFQs, RFPs and contract review processes
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Monitor order status and communicate updates
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and MS office suite
• Knowledge of military standards is a plus - ITAR, AS9100, ISO 9001
