• Answer calls, emails, and messages in a friendly, professional manner.

• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure standards.
• Follow up with customers to address questions or concerns.
• Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams.
• Maintain customer records and service notes in scheduling software.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support.
• Help grow and retain customers by delivering exceptional service.
• Work hours 7am to 3:30pm (30 minute lunch break).
