Job summary

Molly Maid invites applications for a Customer Service Representative who will represent Molly Maid on support calls and handle service requests and customer concerns. You will contribute to a respectful, helpful service culture and liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and adept at managing diverse situations daily, with a focus on resolving issues, processing data, and supporting franchise operations while upholding our values of care and integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum two years admin experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues
• Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
• Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
