Molly Maid of Oak Park and the Midwestern Suburbs is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Melrose Park office, delivering friendly service from first contact through scheduling and estimates.

The CSR will handle calls, emails, and on-site interactions, coordinate cleaning appointments, perform in-home estimates, and ensure quality and accurate records, with a 7am to 3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with phone and in-person customer interactions.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Professional appearance for estimates and checks.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates.
• Perform in-home estimates and pricing assessments.
• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings.
• Follow up with customers for questions or concerns.
• Coordinate schedules between customers and teams; maintain records.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Help grow and retain customers with excellent service.
