Johnson Controls is seeking an Emergency Dispatch Operator in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves monitoring alarms, responding to signals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will verify alarms by phone, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties as needed. The position includes a five-week training program and requires 18+ years of age, customer service experience, strong communication, typing 20–25 wpm, and basic computer skills.
Promotional opportunities are available after 90 days. The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation.
Participating in a comprehensive five-week interactive training program designed to prepare you for the role and introduce you to exciting opportunities. During this training, you will develop the skills necessary to succeed.
Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate punctuality, and uphold strong work ethics. And they must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
