The role involves delivering excellent service in person and by phone, generating leads, following up on estimates, scheduling installations, processing orders, and coordinating payments and insurances.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Schedule installations, place orders, receive products, confirm appointments, collect payments, and assist with invoicing.
• Coordinate with insurance companies as needed.
