Portland Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, assist customers, and coordinate with insurance vendors, sales, and care teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using scripts to guide next steps and maintain high service standards.

• Physical requirement: ability to lift minimum of 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Listen to customer inquiries and determine the appropriate action
• Use a script for next steps with Insurance Vendors, Sales, Customer Care, and others
• Meet daily productivity goals while delivering excellent customer service
• Collaborate with teammates on larger projects and initiatives

As a Customer Service Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

• Answer all incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Listen effectively to customer inquiries and concerns, and quickly determine the appropriate course of action
• Use a script when communicating the next steps to customers (Insurance Vendor, Sales, Customer Care, Vendor for car parts, etc.).
• Understanding and striving to meet and exceed daily productivity goals while providing excellent and consistent customer service
• Collaborating with teammates on larger scale projects and initiatives
