Job summary

Portland Glass in Maine is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, assist customers, and coordinate with teams to deliver prompt solutions. You will use scripts for next steps and aim to meet daily productivity goals while providing excellent service.

This role requires 1+ year of customer service experience and strong written and verbal communication skills. We offer a full benefits package and opportunities to grow within Neighborly’s service network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Listen effectively to customer inquiries and concerns, and quickly determine the appropriate course of action.
• Use a script when communicating the next steps to customers (Insurance Vendor, Sales, Customer Care, Vendor for car parts, etc.).
• Understand and strive to meet and exceed daily productivity goals while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
• Collaborate with teammates on larger scale projects and initiatives.
