Bring your passion to our team, and let's make an impact together.Bring your experience and make a difference.As a Multi Store Manager on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:Visiting all assigned stores weekly (requiring up to 75 % travel)Contributing to weekly Leadership and District meetingsEnsuring all employees strictly adhere to Portland Glass safety standards and conducting regular safety meetingsConducting ride-alongs, rotating through each store as neededEnsuring employee injuries are properly discussed and documented with the employee, shop manager, and Neighborly People ServicesServing as the first point of contact for assigned shop managers in all customer escalations, following up with all parties to ensure issues are solved, and customers are satisfiedReading, understanding, and analyzing monthly financial statements for each assigned store, while continually seeking opportunities to maximize sales growth and recognize opportunities to increase profit and expand market reachProactively coaching and developing team members to ensure success in their respective roles and identifying opportunities for recognition and developmentBring your skills and achieve success.(Required qualifications)Prior experience in retail management and prior glass experience required!Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and customersProficient in Microsoft Office and related computer programsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to understand and analyze budget, financial statements, inventory, and related retail business procedures/reportsMust have OSHA-10 certification or the ability to obtain one through Portland GlassAbility to pass a background and Motor Vehicle Record check, plus drug test, per applicable state lawsEducation: High school diploma/GED is required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredPhysical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 poundsBring your work ethic and gain stability.Full benefits package offered:MedicalDentalVisionEmployer-paid life insurance401k with matchPTO/paid holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramFinancial benefits:Annual bonus based on position metricsAssociate Equity ProgramCompetitive pay: Negotiable.
