Job summary

Fireside, Northwest's premier provider of fireplace hearth products and garage doors, is seeking dedicated customer service staff. You will handle orders, inquiries, and scheduling while building strong relationships with customers.

Excellent communication and accuracy are essential for success in this role. With locations across Oregon and Washington, Fireside emphasizes employee training, growth, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service tasks and problem-solving with customers.

• Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into data base.

• Update transactions status of all customer calls.

Benefits:

Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills
• Data entry experience is a plus, but not required
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace, or garage industries is a plus
• Regular attendance is required
