Job summary

Fireside, in the Northwest, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, process orders, and build strong relationships with customers across WA and OR. The role emphasizes clear communication, reliable follow-through, and teamwork in a growing fireplace, garage doors, and outdoor products company.

You will perform data entry, follow up via phone and email, and contribute to scheduling and order status updates while maintaining high attendance and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry experience is a plus.
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace, or garage industries is a plus.
• Regular attendance is required.

Job description

Benefits:

Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year
