What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support through email, live chat, and occasional phone communication
- Assist teachers and parents with inquiries regarding scheduling, technical issues, and account information
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Contribute to continuous service improvements by identifying trends and recommending solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service, support, or administrative experience (remote work a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of online education or ESL teaching is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment
