The ideal candidate has 8+ years of customer service experience, with airline domain familiarity, and will handle inbound calls, resolve complaints, and support the Virtual Support Center with device issues and compliance tracking.

This full-time, W-2 position offers a pay range of $17–$18 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative.

Position type: Full-time - Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Atlanta, GA

The ideal candidate will have:

• Required 8+ years' experience.
• Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Airline domain experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering telephone call inquiries.
• Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain support for Virtual Support Center to issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), trouble shoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range*: Between $17 - $18 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
