Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. in Abington, PA is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our Repairs Team on a full-time, Monday-Friday daylight schedule.

As the first point of contact for repair requests, you will help patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers access timely service and equipment. You'll coordinate repair requests by phone and in person, schedule service visits, maintain accurate records, verify insurance when needed, process payments,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources and healthcare providers requiring equipment repairs.
• Receive and coordinate repair requests by phone and in person with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate repairs with technicians and internal departments.
• Create and maintain accurate repair orders, customer records and service documentation.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations when applicable.
• Process payments, purchase orders and repair-related documentation.
• Communicate repair status updates and provide exceptional customer support throughout the service process.
• Partner with technicians, warehouse staff, billing and customer service teams to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
