Job summary

Hydro BioScience, LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to help customers identify products and place orders. You will answer calls, record orders, perform data entry, and handle email communications with follow-up calls.

The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. ERP system experience is preferred. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are a manufacturing facility looking for a “Customer Service Rep” who is at ease speaking with customers and helping them identify what products they are interested in ordering. The position includes answering customer calls, recording customer orders, inputting data entry, emailing and following up with phone calls.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal, and written communication skills; and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience. Experience with an ERP system is preferred.

Previous Customer Service Experience Is Preferred

Work hours are full time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay range is hourly with commission.
