Paycom - ATS in Minot, ND is seeking a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sales and create a superior member experience through attentive service.

You will greet guests, answer calls, conduct tours, assist with sign-ups and check-ins, maintain a welcoming club environment, and collaborate with the Club Manager to resolve member questions. The role requires strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, and diplomacy.
