Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, motivated team. You will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with U-Haul products, using U-Scan to manage rentals, and helping with equipment inspections and returns.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks, educating customers, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
