U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers with rentals, inspect equipment, and help ensure accurate invoices and returns. The role emphasizes teamwork and on-the-job education.

Responsibilities include handling U-Scan rentals, moving equipment, and installing hitches; training through U-Haul University is provided. A valid driver's license is required, with a standard high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
