Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service culture. You’ll help customers with rentals, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan tech to manage inventory.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, educating customers about products, and assisting with propane, hitch wiring, and forklift operations after certification. Training is provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane as training is provided.
• Operate forklifts as needed after certification is offered through U-Haul.
