This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, supporting distributors with disposable paper, cleaning, and food service packaging products. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Meets call handling and order entry quotas.
• Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Keeps records and track the pricing for customers.
• Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders.
• Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment.
• Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders).
