Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our on-site team in Menomonee Falls, WI.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with standard retail hours and offers the stability of a long‑standing, family‑owned wholesale redistributor. You will answer product and delivery questions, process orders, track customer orders, and resolve delivery issues while building sustainable relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of effective customer support experience.
• Strong phone skills.
• Dynamic active listening skills.
• Impassioned customer satisfaction focus.
• Solid ability to adapt and respond to different types of situations.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Meets call handling and order entry quotas.
• Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Keeps records and track the pricing for customers.
• Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders.
• Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment.
• Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders).
