Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers at their homes and businesses. You will gather information, schedule and confirm services, handle billing inquiries, and support the Sales team with upgrades when appropriate.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, strong listening and communication skills, a pleasant phone voice, and the ability to multitask while entering data accurately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations by phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams.
• Sell value of services and suggest upgrades to customers.
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
