Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills essential.
• Pleasant phone voice and clear speaking ability required.
• Ability to multitask: enter data accurately while talking to customers.
• Remain calm under pressure; assist teammates as needed.
• Strong attention to detail; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Availability Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions and provide clear information.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams.
• Promote the value of services and suggest upgrades.
