Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact to resolve customers’ concerns in a home or business setting.

You will handle information gathering, service scheduling, billing questions, and sales appointments while upholding excellent customer relations. The role emphasizes clear communication, multitasking, and teamwork with Service and Sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Pleasant phone voice and clear speaking on the phone.
• Multitasking skills to enter accurate data while talking with customers.
• Remain calm and able to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Availability Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work with Service and Sales as a team.
• Sell the value of services and suggest upgrades.
