Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lee’s Summit, MO. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, updating records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining customer records and documenting interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate customer records.
• Document customer interactions, comments, concerns, and follow-up needs.
• Route customer requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and employees.
• Maintain and update customer information and databases.
• Assist with project approvals and related paperwork.
• Process customer payments, including ACH, credit card, and deposits.
• Use T-Mobile Dialpad and other internal systems to manage customer communication.
