Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and coordinating with Estimators, Project Managers and Foremen.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer the main office line and set the tone for the day with outstanding support.
• Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers and Foremen and enter information into systems.
• Manage schedules and keep subcontractors in the loop; update stakeholders on progress.
• Organize vital project data and assist with financial tasks to move projects forward.
