Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Zanesville, OH. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan technology to manage inventories and dispatch. Training opportunities are provided across U-Haul programs.

This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; certifications for propane, forklift, and hitch installation are available after employment. Eligible for benefits and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered).
• Fill propane (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
