Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, OH to assist customers with products and services at the U-Haul center. Responsibilities include using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, moving and connecting trucks, inspecting equipment, and educating customers on offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
