Minimum expectations while working for Domino’s Pizza:

• Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a perfect image according to standard.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize 2) Give what they want 3) Provide something extra.
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order without exception.
• Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
• Keep $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Carry no more than $20 while on the clock (including personal money).
• Do not possess a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Keep driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image.
• Do not route early or check in early from delivery.
• Wash hands prior to making products.
• Follow only proper procedures for products.
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
