Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in West Des Moines, IA seeks a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sales and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will greet guests, provide tours, answer questions, and assist with sign-ups and check-ins.

Key duties include handling front desk tasks, taking information calls, and helping with BCM amenity usage while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Teamwork and strong communication are essential.
