Job summary

Planet Fitness in Urbandale, IA is seeking a friendly team member to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience at the front desk.

You will greet prospects, handle tour requests, assist with check-ins and sign-ups, answer calls, and maintain a clean club while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members at the front desk.
• Answer phone calls courteously and provide information.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, and account updates.
• Support BCM amenities usage and route questions to the Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and order.
