Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in West Des Moines is seeking an energetic team member to deliver exceptional customer service and support new member sign-ups at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer questions, give tours, and help with account updates.

You will assist with check-ins, cancellations, amenity usage, and member services inquiries while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment and escalating issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members to provide a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.

• Forward complex issues to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
