Job summary

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, reviewing accuracy, preparing price lists, and coordinating shipments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; E-Verify applies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding order needs.
• Process orders in the computer system.
• Support and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
• Review order fill accuracy.
• Prepare/send price and product offer lists for customers.
• Coordinate shipments of Point of Sale material for branded customers.
• Communicate with sales team as needed based on changes.
• Research and request needed credits by the customer.
• Follow-up on customer specifications for orders.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability.
• Identify, acknowledge, and expedite customer claims.
• Facilitate prompt resolution to assigned claims.
