• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, including outbound calls from the dialer system
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders
• Provide customer education regarding products/services
• Document calls in the computerized record system
• Enter customer orders into the computerized system
• Verify and update demographic information in records
