Job summary

Planet Fitness Pelham, AL is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members, sign up new members and ensure a positive gym experience.

You will handle member check-ins, info calls and tours, assist with account changes, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are essential; shifts include 4 eight-hour blocks with training and cleaning duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
• Handle all front desk related takes, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a members account
• Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club

Shift Expectations (4 8 hour shifts)

• 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning
• 1 hour (minimum): Continued Training

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
