Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness seeks a friendly, energetic front desk associate to welcome members and guests, answer questions, and conduct tours. You will assist with sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates while promoting a positive club atmosphere.

This role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and teamwork to ensure a great member experience and smooth daily operations. Training is provided, and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with members and guests.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks, answer phone inquiries, and schedule tours.
• Assist with member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and account updates.
• Support in member services issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club environment.
